Chickpea Mock Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 16-Ounce Can of Chickpeas
• 2 Tbs Mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
• 1 Tbs Sweet Pickle Relish
• 2 Green Onions, Finely Chopped
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
• 1 Tbs Finely Minced Yellow Onion (Optional)

Prep Steps:

1: Drain the garbanzo beans. Rinse them for lower sodium.
2: Finely chop the green onions.
3: Finely mince the onion, if using.

Steps:

1: Mash the chickpeas.   
2: Mix everything.
