| • 1 Tbs Finely Minced Yellow Onion (Optional) |
| 1: Drain the garbanzo beans. Rinse them for lower sodium. |
| 2: Finely chop the green onions. |
| 3: Finely mince the onion, if using. |
| 1: Mash the chickpeas. | |
