| • 3 Eggs |
| • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour |
| • 1 Cup Milk |
| • 1 tsp Baking Powder |
| • 1 Pound Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| • 2 (10-ounce) Packages Frozen Chopped Spinach |
| • 1 Tbs Minced Onion |
| 1: Thaw the spinach. |
| 2: Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C). |
| 1: Place butter in a 9 × 13 inch baking dish and melt butter in the oven. Remove when melted, approximately 3 minutes. | |
| 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs well. Mix in the flour, milk, and baking powder. | |
| 3: When the dough is combined, mix in the cheese, spinach, and onion. Spoon mixture into the baking dish with the melted butter. | |
| 4: Bake for 35 minutes. | |
| 5: Let cool for 45 minutes and then cut into bite-sized squares. |
