• ½ Cup Vegetable Stock
• ½ Cup Tamari (Gluten-Free)
• 3 Tbs Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• 1 Tbs Corn Starch
• ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
| 1: In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix all the ingredients. (Remember that you should not mix corn starch into something hot. Boost the liquid content a little if necessary to dissolve the corn starch first.) | |
2: Add into your stir-fried whatever. Cook at least 2-4 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
You can cook this ahead in a small saucepan and keep it in a covered container in the fridge for a week.

We used a veggie bullion cube dissolved in hot water for the stock, and then dissolved the corn starch in (cold) pineapple juice before mixing it in.
