Turnip Greens

Ingredients:

• 1 carton veggie broth
• 3 Tbs olive oil
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground black pepper
• 1¼ pound turnip greens, chopped
• ½ tsp white sugar

Steps:

1: Bring broth, oil, salt, and pepper to a boil.   
2: Add greens and sugar, and return to a boil.   
3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring every 15 minutes, until tender, at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
