| • 1 carton veggie broth |
| • 3 Tbs olive oil |
| • ¼ tsp salt |
| • ¼ tsp ground black pepper |
| • 1¼ pound turnip greens, chopped |
| • ½ tsp white sugar |
| 1: Bring broth, oil, salt, and pepper to a boil. | |
| 2: Add greens and sugar, and return to a boil. | |
| 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring every 15 minutes, until tender, at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. |
