| • 1 pound saltines, preferably unsalted |
| • 1 cup olive or canola oil |
| • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix |
| • 2 Tbs crushed red pepper |
| • ½ tsp garlic powder |
| 1: Mix oil, dressing mix, pepper, and garlic thoroughly. | |
| 2: Put crackers in a large zip-close bag. | |
| 3: Pour oil mixture over crackers in the bag. | |
| 4: Tumble the crackers every five minutes or so for the next hour or so. |
