Kladdkaka

Ingredients:

• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 eggs
• 5/6 cup white sugar
• 1 Tbs vanilla extract
• ½ cup melted butter

Prep Steps:

1: Lightly grease an 8-inch pie plate or springform pan.

Steps:

1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).   
2: Soft together flour, cocoa, and salt. Set aside.   
3: Stir the eggs into the sugar until smooth.   
4: Add the flour mixture. Stir just until combined.   
5: Pour in the vanilla and butter. Stir until well combined.   
6: Pour into the prepared pie plate/springform pan.   
7: Bake on the lower rack of the oven for 35 minutes, or until the center has slightly set.   
8: Allow to cool for an our in the pan.   
9: Serve warm, or refrigerate overnight and serve cold.
