Cool W'ip

Ingredients:

• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened for at least an hour at room temperature
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• 1½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

1: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft and creamy   
2: In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream just until soft peaks form. They should collapse, not stand up.   
3: Divide the cream cheese mixture into thirds and add it in around the cream mixing bowl.   
4: Beat until stiff peaks form.   
5: Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
