Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
Ingredients:
| • 1 box Butter Golden cake mix (Duncan Hines) |
| • ¾ cup Crisco oil |
| • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix (4 servings) |
| • 1 Tbs vanilla extract |
| • 8 ounces sour cream |
| • 1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips |
| • 4 eggs |
| • ½ cup water |
The original recipe used 1 cup oil and ¼ cup water, but we've adjusted that.
You can almost double the amount of chocolate chips from the 6 ounces shown here, too.
Prep Steps:
| 1: Grease a Bundt baking pan. |
Steps:
| 1: Preheat oven to 325°F. |

| 2: Mix ingredients well, and turn into prepared pan. |
|
| 3: Bake at 325 for 1 hour. |
|
| 4: Put on a rack to cool 10-15 minutes before turning out. Do not cool completely in the Bundt pan. |
