Vegetarian Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

• 1 roll "Gimme Lean" vegetarian sausage
• 3 cups Bisquick
• 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup almond milk
• ¼ cup olive oil, plus a little more if needed
• 1 tsp (or so) parsley flakes
• 1 Tbs (or so) basil
• 1 tsp (or so) celery seed
• 1 tsp MapleTane® (optional)

Steps:

1: Heat the oven to 350°F.   
2: Mix all ingredients except Bisquick.   
3: Mix in Bisquick, adding a little more olive oil if needed, until thoroughly mixed.   
4: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about an inch apart.   
5: Bake about 18 minutes, turning each ball over once halfway through.   
6: Broil for about 2 minutes to brown the tops.
