| • 13 oz water (1 cup, 5 ounces — 385 ml) |
| • 8 tsp canola oil (40 ml) |
| • 8 tsp honey (40 ml) |
| • ½ Tbs salt (7 ml) |
| • 2 Tbs bread flour (30 ml) |
| • 3¾ cups whole wheat flour (890 ml) |
| • ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds (60 ml) |
| • 1½ Tbs butter (22 ml) |
| • 2 tsp active dry yeast (10 ml) |
| 1: Add wet ingredients to bread machine. | |
| 2: Add salt, then flours, then sunflower seeds. | |
| 3: Put ¼ of the butter in each corner. | |
| 4: Add yeast. Set machine for a 2-pound whole wheat cycle, and run. |
