Sunflower Seed and Honey Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

• 13 oz water (1 cup, 5 ounces — 385 ml)
• 8 tsp canola oil (40 ml)
• 8 tsp honey (40 ml)
• ½ Tbs salt (7 ml)
• 2 Tbs bread flour (30 ml)
• 3¾ cups whole wheat flour (890 ml)
• ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds (60 ml)
• 1½ Tbs butter (22 ml)
• 2 tsp active dry yeast (10 ml)

Steps:

1: Add wet ingredients to bread machine.   
2: Add salt, then flours, then sunflower seeds.   
3: Put ¼ of the butter in each corner.   
4: Add yeast. Set machine for a 2-pound whole wheat cycle, and run.
