Turnip Greens
Ingredients
- 1 carton veggie broth
- 3 Tbs olive Oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1¼ pound turnip greens, chopped
- ½ tsp white sugar
Preparation
- Bring broth, oil, salt and pepper to boil.
- Add greens and sugar, and return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring every 15 minutes, until tender, at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
