Vegetarian Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 roll "Gimme Lean" vegetarian sausage
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup olive oil, plus a little more if needed
- 1 tsp (or so) parsley flakes
- 1 Tbs (or so) basil
- 1 tsp (or so) celery seed
- 1 tsp MapleTane®, if desired
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except Bisquick.
- Mix in Bisquick, adding a little more olive oil if needed, until thoroughly mixed.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about an inch apart.
- Bake about 18 minutes, turning each ball over once halfway through.
- Broil for about 2 minutes to brown the tops.
