Oreo Balls

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy.
  2. Add the crushed Oreos and beat on high until well mixed.
  3. Chill for at least 2 hours in the freezer.
  4. Roll cookie mix into one-inch oreo balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and shortning in the microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip the Oreo balls completely into the melted chocolate using tongs or a toothpick.
  7. Cool on wax paper. Store in the refrigerator.

Don't use double-stuffed Oreos. Don't skip the shortning.
