Lemon Squares
Ingredients
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
¼ Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Salt
Juice of 2 Lemons
4 Beaten Eggs
Preparation
Mix 2 cups flour, half cup sugar, and butter. Pat into a jellyroll pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over the baked crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 more minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool before cutting into squares.
