Dark Fudge
Ingredients
- 18 ounces chocolate chips (or) 250 grams 55% Mörk Bakchoklad (e.g., Favorit) and 250 grams 44% Choklad Suklaa (e.g., Fazer)
- 14-ounce (or) 397 gram can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Dash Salt
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1½ tsp Vanilla
Preparation
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate with milk and salt.
- Remove from heat, and stir in nuts and vanilla.
- Spread evenly onto wax paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn onto a cutting board and cube. Stores at room temperature.
