Cool W'ip
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened for at least an hour at room temperature
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream just until soft peaks form. They should collapse, not stand up.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture into thirds and add it in around the cream mixing bowl.
- Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
