Sunflower Seed and Honey Wheat Bread
Ingredients
- 13 oz water (1 cup, 5 ounces, 385 ml)
- 8 tsp canola oil (40 ml)
- 8 tsp honey (40 ml)
- ½ Tbs salt (7 ml)
- 2 Tbs bread flour (30 ml)
- 3¾ cups whole wheat flour (890 ml)
- ¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds (60 ml)
- 1½ Tbs butter (22 ml)
- 2 tsp active dry yeast (10 ml)
Preparation
- Add wet ingredients to bread machine
- Add salt, then flours, then sunflower seeds.
- Put ¼ of the butter in each corner.
- Add yeast. Set machine for whole wheat.
